A gift of strength and independence. This founding place covers your loved one’s 8-week Stronger For Longer starter at Sam Beagle Fitness in Northwood: • A one-to-one assessment of strength, balance and mobility • 16 coached small-group sessions (twice a week), never more than 3 per coach • Every exercise adapted to them, including old injuries and joint replacements • Simple eating guidance from a registered nutritionist • A week-8 re-test, so everyone can see the progress Groups: Tue & Thu 8am or Mon & Wed 1pm. After the 8 weeks they can continue at the locked-in founding rate of £325/month. After you buy, Sam will call to arrange a friendly first chat with them. Founding places close 30 November.
